In this session, the CEC’s Commissioner Andrew McAllister will cover:
- The role that high energy performance homes play in the State of California’s energy policy
- The changes that the CEC will be making to its HERS® regulations
- The partnership between the CEC and RESNET® in such areas as the new RESNET® carbon/time of use ANSI standard
