I am the proud 2nd generation owner of EEHM, relentlessly focused on providing exceptional customer service to Rating Clients through a mix of effective process automation and a personal customer experience, and hoping to help RESNET succeed anyway I can.  I am very involved within the RESNET ecosystem, currently serving my first term as Board Member representing Providers, a voting member of SDC 900 and working groups, the Chair for the QA Checklist Staff Advisory Committee, and still actively involved with the RESNET Emerging Leadership Council.  I am also a Lead Organizer with the Ohio Chapter of the Building Performance Association.
