A self-described geek of all things HVAC and indoor comfort‚ Eric joined the HVAC industry in 2004 as a service technician, and quickly learned there was a lot more to keeping people comfortable and healthy than met the eye.  Since then he has worn many hats, and now works as the Industry Engagement Manager for TruTech Tools, where he helps to fulfill their vision of "Helping Technicians Create Better Environments for People".  He holds HVAC educator certifications from HVAC Excellence, serves as the President of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society) Indianapolis chapter, is a Regional Director for RSES International, a co-host of the Building HVAC Science podcast, and a co-host of the HVAC Grapevine live show on YouTube.
